The operational framework governing your access to the Aisprx ecosystem.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aisprx ecosystem (including AiRooms, AiGames, AiOrg, and our proprietary Login Hub), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the services.
2. Ecosystem Access & Unified Identity
Aisprx operates on a unified identity protocol across its various modules. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, whether created directly or federated via Google OAuth. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account identity.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
The ecosystem is built for professional collaboration, strategic simulation, and organizational management. You agree not to use the services to:
- Transmit any unauthorized, malicious, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of our signaling or authentication infrastructure.
- Use AiRooms for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Replicate, frame, or mirror any part of the service without explicit authorization.
4. Service Availability & Modification
We strive to ensure continuous, high-fidelity operation of the Aisprx ecosystem. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend, limit, or modify services to perform necessary maintenance, security upgrades, or architectural shifts. Aisprx will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
5. Intellectual Property
The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, code, and all other elements of Aisprx (the "Proprietary Assets") are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Proprietary Assets without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by law, Aisprx and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the platform, including connectivity interruptions within AiRooms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the established jurisprudence regarding digital services in our primary operational jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
