Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Clear, transparent guidelines regarding subscriptions, digital room purchases, and refund eligibility across the Aisprx platform.
1. Nature of Digital Goods & Services
Aisprx Global provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital collaboration tools, including room time packages, plan tiers, and premium features on BeClose (AiRooms) and IntelIQ. All digital goods and room time allowances are provisioned electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Because digital room allowances, AI credits, and subscription entitlements are activated instantly upon checkout, all purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once the account balance is credited. Unused room time has no cash surrender value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Eligible Refund Exceptions
A full refund or balance adjustment will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Technical Provisioning Outage: If payment was successfully debited from your payment method, but the purchased digital room hours or plan upgrades failed to activate within 24 hours, and our engineering support cannot manually credit the balance.
- Duplicate Transaction: If a technical error resulted in multiple charges for the same order ID.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests under Section 3 must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. Please include:
- Your registered email address and username
- Payment Gateway Transaction ID (Razorpay ID)
- Date and time of purchase
- Receipt screenshot and brief description of the provisioning failure
5. Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard bank settlement timelines.
6. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or disputing a legitimate charge with your issuing bank without contacting Aisprx first is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. It will result in immediate permanent account suspension and blacklisting of associated payment credentials.
