Aisprx
Report a security concern
If you believe an Aisprx product has a security issue, send a private report with enough detail for the team to investigate. Avoid publishing account data, exam content or exploit details while the issue is assessed.
Where to send a report
Use the existing Aisprx support channel: [email protected]. If email delivery fails, use the contact page and indicate that the subject is a security report. This page does not promise a response time or a formal bug-bounty program.
Information that helps investigation
- The affected product, URL or installed client version and operating system.
- Steps that reproduce the issue using only data and accounts you control.
- The observed result, the expected result and why the difference matters.
- Whether the issue is currently exposing private data, affecting an exam or preventing use.
Do not include someone else's personal data or active exam responses. Share sensitive evidence through a channel agreed with the team after initial contact.
Safe research boundaries
Do not disrupt production service, access another person's account, run destructive tests or use findings to change an active assessment. If you find a privacy or content concern instead, see report content and the privacy policy.
